Link in Bio for Multiple Clients: How Agencies Manage It

Oct 2, 2026

Agencies manage multiple client bio pages from one dashboard, on a tool with a real multi-client plan, instead of paying for one account per client. For 10 clients that is the gap between roughly $350 a month on ten Linktree Premium accounts and $6 to $25 a month on a Lnk.Bio 10-account pack.

Disclosure: we make Linkero, which has an Agency plan and appears in this list. It is not ranked first, and there is a section below on when not to pick it. Competitor prices were read on each vendor's live pricing page on October 2, 2026, unless a line says otherwise.

How do agencies manage link in bio pages for multiple clients?

The working setup has five parts, and the tool you pick should cover all of them:

  1. One login, many pages. Every client page sits in one workspace you switch between, not ten accounts with ten passwords. This is the line that separates a multi-client plan from "a lot of single accounts".
  2. Per-client access for your team. Staff edit the clients they handle without holding the keys to everything. Look for team invites or separate logins, and ideally an audit log of who changed what.
  3. Per-client analytics. Views and clicks reported page by page, so you can show each client their own numbers. If you run ads, keep pixels separate per client so audiences never blend across accounts. Our guide to which link in bio metrics to track covers what to put in the monthly report.
  4. Templates you can duplicate. New client onboarding should start from a copy of a page that already works, not a blank canvas.
  5. Clean offboarding. When a client leaves, they should keep their audience. The simplest protection: register each client's custom domain in the client's name, so moving the page means repointing DNS, not printing a new QR code.

One practical tip: tag every client link with UTM parameters from day one (a free UTM builder does it in seconds), so the client's own analytics credits the bio page even after you hand it over.

What does it cost to run 10 client bio pages?

Tool10 clients, monthlyOne dashboard for all clients
Lnk.Bio Agency pack$6 (Basic), $9 (Mini), $25 (Unique, no logo)✅
Linkero AgencyOne plan covers up to 25 pages, see /pricing✅
Pallyy Agency$99 (10 social sets, includes scheduling)✅
GoHighLevel$97 to $297 (full CRM and funnel stack)✅
Linktree Premium x10About $350 (ten separate accounts)❌

The expensive row is the one most agencies start on. Linktree has no self-serve multi-client plan, so ten clients means ten accounts. At the Premium price of $35 a month that is about $350 a month, and Pro at $15 per account still comes to $150. Those USD prices were last read on Linktree's web pricing page in July 2026 (it now shows us local currency) and were corroborated by Linktree's US App Store prices on September 30, 2026. Linktree lists an "Agency / Enterprise" option, but it is custom pricing through sales, not something you can buy today. Full plan detail is in our Linktree pricing breakdown.

Which tools have real multi-client plans?

Ranked for one job: running client bio pages as an agency deliverable, scored on a single dashboard, team access, per-client analytics and cost at 10 clients.

1. Lnk.Bio Agency: cheapest real multi-account panel

Verdict: the best value if your clients are happy with a clean link list.

Lnk.Bio sells agency packs by account count, all managed "from a single panel": 3, 10, 25 or 50 accounts. Ten accounts cost $6 a month on Basic, $9 on Mini and $25 on Unique. Mini adds aggregated statistics across all your profiles plus pixel and UTM tools. Only Unique removes the Lnk.Bio logo, and it also adds separate logins for colleagues and an audit log of every action on managed accounts. The tradeoff is design range: pages are template-driven link lists, not built layouts.

2. Linkero Agency: for designed client pages

Verdict: the pick when the page itself is what the client is paying for.

Linkero's Agency plan covers up to 25 client pages under one account, with folders to organize clients, team member invites and a draft/live visibility toggle (all three are Agency-only). Pages are built from layout blocks with custom domains, SEO settings, built-in analytics and Google Analytics, Meta and TikTok pixels, and any page can be duplicated as a template. One plan price covers every page, see pricing.

3. Pallyy Agency: if you already need a scheduler

Verdict: good value when bio pages are an add-on to social scheduling.

Pallyy is a social media scheduler that bills per "social set", one per client. The Agency plan is $99 a month for 10 sets and 3 users, with client approvals and shared calendars, and extra sets cost $10 a month each. Link in bio pages are included on paid plans. The bio page is secondary to the scheduling workflow, so design control is limited.

4. GoHighLevel: only if you already run clients in it

Verdict: an agency operating system that happens to include bio pages.

GoHighLevel is a CRM, email, SMS and funnel platform at $97 a month (Starter), $297 (Unlimited) or $497 (Agency Pro). If your clients already live inside it, building bio pages there costs nothing extra. Buying it for bio links alone means paying for a whole software stack to solve a small problem.

5. Shorby: smart links, but pricing you cannot check

Verdict: hard to recommend while its pricing is not public.

Shorby focuses on messenger and smart-link routing. Its Agency tier was listed at $99 a month ($82 on annual billing) with 250 smart pages and 10 team members when we last read it in July 2026. As of October 2026 its pricing page renders blank and the homepage redirects straight into the editor, so we could not confirm what it costs today.

6. Linktree: fine for one brand, costly for ten

Verdict: the default, and the most expensive way to run many clients.

Premium includes team access, so a single brand with a social team is well served. For an agency, every client is a separate account with separate billing, and there is no custom domain on any Linktree plan, so client pages always live on a linktr.ee URL. Moving clients off it? What is the best link management platform for agencies managing multiple clients?

When should you not pick Linkero?

  • Over 25 clients. The Agency plan tops out at 25 pages. At 50 accounts, Lnk.Bio's packs are built for that scale.
  • Clients only need a list of links. If nobody will look at the layout, you are paying for a page builder you will not use. Lnk.Bio's Basic pack is cheaper.
  • You want scheduling and bio pages in one bill. Pallyy bundles both.
  • You need a free published page. Linkero has no free published tier; building and previewing is free, publishing needs a paid plan.

FAQ

How much does Linktree charge per client?

Linktree has no per-client or bulk pricing on its self-serve plans. Each client is a separate account at the normal rate: Starter $8, Pro $15 or Premium $35 a month (USD prices last read in July 2026). Agency and Enterprise deals are custom pricing through sales.

Can I white-label Linktree for client delivery?

Not on a self-serve plan. Pro and Premium remove the Linktree footer logo, but Linktree offers no custom domain on any plan, so every client page still lives at a linktr.ee address. If the client's own domain matters, pick a tool that supports custom domains.

Do link in bio tools work for large brands and enterprise teams?

Yes, with team features. Linktree Premium includes team access, Lnk.Bio's Unique packs add separate logins and an audit log, and Linkero's Agency plan adds team invites and folders. Very large brands usually negotiate a custom enterprise contract.

What's the cheapest way to manage 10 client bio pages?

Lnk.Bio's 10-account agency pack, at $6 a month on Basic or $25 a month on Unique without the Lnk.Bio logo. All ten accounts are managed from one panel.

Can I resell link-in-bio pages as a service?

Yes. Agencies bundle bio pages into social retainers or sell them as a setup fee plus monthly management. The tool only has to keep all client pages in one place and let you report each client's numbers separately.
